We created a new brand identity for Polished Property Management, establishing them on the market as a boutique company which manages high quality properties.
For their identity we used a modern, bright and bold colour palette. The logo is a simplified diamond with the motif of a house integrated into the shape.
In our initial concepts we decided to focus on the concept of a diamond. This not only linked thematically to the word “polished” but also denoted quality.
Letterhead and business cards were also created for the brand.
The new brand identity presents Polished Property Management as a professional and aspirational company. Meeting our client’s needs has enabled them to confidently represent themselves within their market.
