One of the oft-neglected tasks on Santa’s list is buying wrapping paper. We sought to solve that problem for our clients by creating some for them.
We created an online ‘wrapping paper generator’ where a design was picked based on the answers to four simple questions. Barbie or turkey roast? Festive or grinch? Toy or tonic? Chatting or napping?
At the end, they were presented with their wrapping paper result and, in the true spirit of pick-your-own-path, if you didn’t like the result you could go back and change your answers to get a different outcome. There were 16 different wrapping papers available.
Back in Santa’s workshop, the wrapping paper designs were printed on special stock, paired with matching gift tags and delivered well in advance of Christmas Day.
