‘About the College’ illustrations and animation

We worked with the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners on a series of projects that support their role as the professional body for GPs in New Zealand.

We developed a group of characters that could be used in different scenarios, celebrating the College’s key achievements in the last year. Several of the illustrations were made into animated gifs that could be shared on social media to promote the College’s work.

The bright colour palette and loose drawing style give the characters heaps of personality, which is brought to life in the animated gifs.

Using these characters, we also created a short animated video that introduces the College, the challenges faced by GPs in New Zealand, and what the College is doing to combat these. The animation provides a succinct and consistent overview of the College’s role in general practice in New Zealand.
