Working closely with Utilities Disputes, we analysed their draft content to gain a good understanding of the process. Our visualisation needed to accurately capture their process, while also being easy for someone to understand. We used a clear visual hierarchy for the content, colour coded each stage and created icons/illustrations to highlight key actions, which help guide the user through the process.
