Our design for the document supports the CDEM Group’s vision of strong community leadership, particularly using bespoke illustration to create warmth and a sense of community involvement. Colour, icon design and infographics transform complex strategic and technical content into clear stories and visuals that reflect the community – building trust and supporting informed decisions.
The Strategy reflects the vision of many groups and services coming together and the design aims to reflect that collective strength. Multiple arrows all moving in the same direction is a motif used throughout the document.
The three strategic goals are highlighted with arrows to give a sense of direction and movement. The colours connect through the document – helping navigation and connecting priorities and objectives to the overarching goals.
Bespoke illustration and icons are all designed to help support the strategic messages, enable quick understanding and create deeper connection to the content.
