We used an information design approach to present the information effectively in a clear and intuitive way. Thoughtful consideration to content hierarchy, navigation and structure makes the information easy to understand for communities in a high pressure situation.
The guide helps communities to understand the overall process for setting up a community hub in the event of a disaster, empowering them to take action and do more for their communities faster.
