A pet health insurance policy document that is clear and easy to understand

After working with Auto & General on their Home and Contents Product Disclosure Statement, they asked us to work with them again on their pet health insurance policy document.

There are over 120 pet health insurance products in Australia with confusing cover types, additional and optional benefits, varying benefits levels, excess levels and method of application. Auto & General asked us to create a design for their Pet Insurance Product Disclosure Statement that is straightforward and easy for their customers to understand, providing them with good value and peace of mind.

We created a fun design for the Pet Insurance Product Disclosure Statement that appeals to ‘pet parents’ wanting health insurance for their dog or cat. The document stands apart from other pet health insurance products by providing a single product that makes typically confusing insurance, clear and easy to understand.
